Each Member is permitted to hold one sop88 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same household address, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances held within them will be forfeited in full.

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP or valid passport);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months); and
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA account showing your registered name).

sop88 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal request being declined until verification is complete.

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sop88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the sop88 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and membership tier. sop88 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time with reasonable notice provided via the Platform.

sop88 targets withdrawal processing to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for the Member's most recent deposit. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete prior to first release. Under normal operating conditions, standard withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

By depositing funds to sop88, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any criminal activity, money laundering scheme, or any other unlawful source. sop88 has a legal obligation to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence authorities. Any account identified as being used to launder funds will be closed immediately, and all balances will be frozen pending investigation.

sop88 is not liable for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or any third-party payment processor. If a deposit does not credit to your account within 30 minutes, contact sop88 support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that specific offer.

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Placing bets exceeding the maximum bet cap during bonus play will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Colluding with other Members to meet wagering requirements collectively;
• Using low-risk or hedged betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; and

Members may close their sop88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure request, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any pending withdrawal requests and subject to KYC completion) will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

Where an account is closed by sop88 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse, fraud, or prohibited conduct — sop88 reserves the right to withhold some or all balances pending investigation. Where funds are confirmed to be the proceeds of fraud or prohibited conduct, they will be forfeited in full.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sop88 holds its international gaming licence. sop88 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and does not represent that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction, including Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
